As part of a 68-lot subdivision on a 16.7-acre site, Habitat for Humanity Maui is building 10 affordable homes featuring 2-4 bedroom floor plans ranging from 800-1,200 square feet. The subdivision is located on Komo Mai Street in Lahaina and within close distance to Lahaina Business Park, Lahaina Gateway Plaza, Lahaina Cannery Mall, and surrounding light industrial areas. The project includes sidewalks and bike paths along a central connect road to encourage alternative modes of transportation.

Kahoma Residential Subdivision Completed!
In March 2021, the remaining three families closed on and received keys to their new home. This marks the completion of Habitat Maui’s affordable housing project in the Kahoma Residential Subdivision.
The completion of the development was celebrated in a virtual event which can be watched on our Facebook page.
