Homeowner comments during building:
Mahalo a nui loa to our heavenly father, and to the many awesome individuals
and their families here and afar that have so graciously given of their
time, talents, monies, and especially their hard work. This has been a phenomenal
experience and opportunity.

Thank you so much for your help and support with helping us families to

Quotes from the Naeole Family:
On building their home . . .
The hardest part to me for my home was the digging of the holes for the foundation. Some days we went to the property tired and left the property tired but it was worth it. Once we started putting sweat into our house and working each weekend we knew we would have our house.
On all the volunteers who helped . . .
I thank God for all the volunteers for work they put in. The volunteers made it easier for us. We tell people the house is not "my" house. God touched all the volunteers and Habitat to help us build this house so it is "our" house. For all of those who worked on the house it is partly our house and partly their house.
What their home means to them . . .
We waited so long for our house and worked hard to build the house. We are still working hard on our house but it is our house. To be able to look around our house and see all the work that was put into our house. It is such a gratifying feeling.
If it wasn’t for our father in Heaven we wouldn’t have a house. The Lord will answer your prayers in his own time. We are so thankful from me and my family.
