Kahawai

Habitat is developing a 16 unit condominium project on property located at 2024 Kahawai Street. The Kahawai Project will be for homeownership and sold to families that apply and meet Habitat’s qualification requirements. The condominium will be managed by the Homeowner’s Association. All owners will have available a Habitat Family Support Manager to help navigate through the homeowner process. The Family Support Managers will be available to families for educational purposes, support purposes and advocacy.

The project will consist of 3 stories. The first story will be parking. Stories 2 and 3 will each contain 8 units. Each floor will have 6 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom units. The units range from 600 square feet to 874 square feet.
 

Construction is expected to begin in March of 2012.  Application are not being accepted at this time but check back for information about applying to be a homeowner in the Kahawai Apartments
