Thank you for considering to support us to eliminate poverty and homelessness.

Your active participation will help raise awareness of the burden of poverty housing and create an improved neighborhood and community. Volunteers are our driving force. No experience is necessary, anyone who wants to make a difference, can and will make an impact. 

All volunteers sign a waiver, however parental permission is required for 14-17 year olds. Volunteers under 18, must not use power tools, climb ladders or work on scaffolding or the roof.  The minimum age is 16 on an active construction job site.  

Let us know how you would like to join us. There are various volunteer opportunities available.

• Construction of a new Home Build or a Renovation or A Brush with Kindness of an existing house. See Projects for map directions;
• ReStore; 
• Office; 
• Special Events: Helping with special events around the community, manning booths at fairs or fundraisers, giving presentations about Habitat.  

In March 2011, HawaiiNewsNow.com featured Maui high school volunteers and hosting Thrivent volunteers from Wisconsin.
